What is the cost?

Tuition for the program is $9,900 for 2025-26. Participants are expected to have the endorsement of their institutions, which is reflected in financial support. In the past we have been able to provide scholarships to assist with tuition. While we cannot commit to a scholarship amount at this time, we do encourage your application.

What is included with tuition fee?

  • Individualized Coaching. Each fellow is supported by a leadership and innovation coach in group and one-to-one sessions for a total of up to 10 hours of coaching over the course of the program.
  • Peer Support. As part of the coaching, fellows participate in peer-learning groups during the program. This allows participants to understand innovations from other campuses and use the power of the group on their own leadership journey.
  • Instruction. The program consist of in person and virtual instruction where the skills as a leader are developed to cultivate innovation and lead transformational change.
  • Access to Innovative Leaders. Each module provides access to university presidents and innovation leaders via intimate conversation and Q & A sessions.
  • Innovation Projects. Each fellow identifies an on campus innovation project and is supported by the expertise of the cohort, innovation coaches and expert faculty in moving his/her innovation project forward at the institution.
  • Meals. All meals while onsite are provided.

(Travel to and from Washington, D.C., and Phoenix is not included.)

Are scholarships available?

Yes. In the past we have been able to provide scholarships to assist with tuition. Scholarship requests are honored when possible. Please note on your application if you require such assistance in order to participate.
